Talk about what available training may be appropriate, and help searching local training providers for relevant courses. We then aim to help & encourage enrollment on course(s) and provide on-going review of attendances / success.
Identify & discuss any equality and diversity support needs, arrange for support / education as necessary and periodically review of support received.
Discuss and assess any vulnerability and / or anger management, and agree a commitment to a harm minimisation strategy. We aim to raise awareness and review improvements
We will locate existing GPs, transfer to a a local surgery and initiate first visit for a basic health check-up, including reviewing any recommendations. Also to locate local dentist and engage in the same way
G.P. assessment of current Mental health condition, and set targets for Mental health improvement as necessary.
