At Hive Housing Ltd., we have a dedicated in-house property maintenance & Management team. This ensures that any issues with the accommodation can be addressed within a minimal timeframe, offering security & peace of mind to all our customers.
We also undertake full refurbishment works in order to convert properties for multiple occupancy and Exemption. We carry out all works required in order to give a ‘turnkey’ finish for our Clients, delivering a fully functioning and registered Exempt Property.
